Ingredients
- rye bread (or any firm sliced bread)
- 3 eggs
- pinch salt
- feta
- grated cheese
- pinch dry oregano
Instructions

Use rye bread, sourdough, or any firm sliced bread. Lightly butter it and set aside.

In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, feta, and grated cheese until combined.

Then spread a few tablespoons of the mixture on each slice of bread, covering the crust.

Broil on a low rack in the oven, watching closely. It should take around 10 minutes, or until golden and firm.

Sprinkle with dry oregano or dry savory and enjoy.
