Samoon Bread with Puck Labneh

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Aubergine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Pine nut
  • 1 piece Samoon bread
  • 150 g Labneh

Instructions
 

  • Cut the eggplant into slices, add salt, place it on the oven for 5 minutes
  • Cut the onion into slices
  • On low heat, put the butter until melted, add onion and sugar
  • Pour the pine nuts with vegetable oil until browned
  • Cut off the bread
  • Spread of the Labneh, than add the eggplant
  • Add another Labneh tbsp
  • Add pine for decoration
