Ingredients
- 2 pieces Aubergine
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Pine nut
- 1 piece Samoon bread
- 150 g Labneh
Instructions

Cut the eggplant into slices, add salt, place it on the oven for 5 minutes

Cut the onion into slices

On low heat, put the butter until melted, add onion and sugar

Pour the pine nuts with vegetable oil until browned

Cut off the bread

Spread of the Labneh, than add the eggplant

Add another Labneh tbsp
-
Add pine for decoration
