Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Yeast
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Mint

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, put Flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water, and olive oil
  • Mix the ingredients to get a cohesive dough
  • Stretch the dough using rolling pin
  • Put the dough in tray and bake for 7 minutes
  • Cut the fresh mint and tomato
  • On the top of the dough, spread Puck labneh
  • Add tomato, fresh mint, black olive, and olive oil
